Alison Ann Sweeney has been an American actress since 1993. She hosts reality TV programs and acts as an actor. Sweeney eventually decided she was fed up with trendy diets like grapefruit and cabbage soup in 1999. She renounced fads such as the grapefruit and cabbage diets. Instead, she made lifestyle changes. She shed close to 30 pounds. The result? She almost dropped 30 lbs. Sweeney, who is Irish by descent, has two sisters. Sweeney has left UCLA to be a part of Days of Our Lives after finishing her education in economics. Sweeney was married to David Sanov in July 2000. They were together for 3 years. After dating for almost three years, both Sweeney and Sanov got married on July 8 the 8th of July, 2000. The couple now has two kids. A son was born in February 2005.
